This position is a semester by semester appointment based on the needs of the university and department as well as teaching evaluations from the most recent completed semester once hired. Position Summary or Faculty Qualifications

The Department of Economics at Saint Joseph’s University has the need for a highly qualified part-time adjunct faculty who can teach on-ground (not on line courses) Principles of Macroeconomics and/or Microeconomics courses on a Monday, Wednesday, & Friday schedule.

Adjunct/affiliate faculty are expected to teach their courses; prepare course materials; and provide support and guidance to students through office hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach 1-2 courses per semester.
Provide advising for students enrolled in courses.
Grade and teach assignments.
